HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Lewis 🙌🏽 Came in to address body alignment in relation to post finger surgery from accident. Lewis was spot on in his assessment of what my body needed far beyond the finger. His execution was masterful. Addressing the body’s fascia is critical. 📝 Rolfing has been on my radar for years and I finally tried it recently in NYC (which the one hour rate alone caused me distress). Lewis was professional, fully focused on me as the client for the full 90 minutes. I hope you appreciate his service and care as much as I did. 🙏🏽

Lewis helped me realign my posture and awareness of my every day living and everyday postures. Part of the 10 session work allows me to realize how just intentions enable me to walk better and the bodywork allows for easier flow of energy as the body just wants to be in a pain free state. This opens the opportunities for body alignment in a natural way and also indicates more of where other areas of my life and other influences may have affected how my body feels.
