Lifetime Family Dental

Lifetime Family Dental came highly recommended by two dear friends who had used their services, years ago. Since they were pleased with their results and pain relief during their procedures, I thought I'd give them a try. Jana was most helpful answering my initial questions over the phone and was able to schedule me for a consultation the next day. Jana welcomed me as I entered and handled follow up questions, paperwork and scheduling with a smile. The office is very relaxing, with a peaceful waterfall and beautiful fish tank. Wendy helped take care of some films for review. She was understanding of my angst and eager to ease fears, which Jana and Wendy both handled well. Dr. Gudger took his time with me, answering all my questions/concerns with expertise. I didn't feel rushed nor pushed

My husband had a badly infected wisdom tooth pulled there. He had to be sedated. My husband says he feels so much better and that's the best dentist he's ever been to. We HIGHLY recommend him. AAA+++

I had the best experience here. I have always had extreme anxiety when it came to going to the dentist. Recently I had a filling that had broken and the tooth was giving me a lot of pain. I had consultation with Dr. Grudger and he and his staff made me feel relaxed. Dr. Grudger listened and really seemed to understand my anxiety. I did have several other cavities that needed to be taken care of. Dr. Atwood(anesthesiologist) called the night before and we talked and we talked before the work was done. The staff at Lifetime Family Dental is extremely friendly, and the office itself is beautiful. I initially went to them for an emergency and was told they accepted my insurance (Cigna). However, after the fact, I found out they were not part of my HMO plan. Wanting to continue treatment there, I upgraded to a PPO plan and returned once it was active. Again, I was assured they accepted Cigna, but their quote for the necessary work was extremely high. Seeking a second opinion from another dentist, I was quoted over $4,000 LESS for the same procedures. A significant part of Lifetime's bill was for sedation, which was quoted at several thousand dollars. I would like to understand why I received an Alphaeon credit card in the mail today. I recently visited Lifetime for a consultation, where I was provided with a treatment plan. Unfortunately, the plan was too expensive for me to afford. The office manager suggested checking if I qualified for a loan, explaining that it would only result in a soft inquiry on my credit. I was approved for a certain amount, though it didn’t cover the full cost of the plan. At no point did I actively accept or submit any loan application. Yet, to my surprise, I received a credit card in the mail today. When I called the credit card company to inquire about this, they were unable to explain how or why this happened.
