Cassandra is extremely skilled as a massage therapist. I have been using her services for years. She assesses my pain levels and problem areas at the beginning of each session, does her magic, suggests lifestyle changes and movements to avoid or improvements to the movements, and I am refreshed and relaxed after each session. She also is situationally aware and will chat with you if you are in a talkative mood, but she adapts to the silence if she notices your mood shifting 💕 Definitely recommend!

Cassandra has been helping me manage my chronic pain with deep tissue massage for awhile now. She recently introduced me to Local Cryo therapy & it has been VERY affective. One of the biggest benefits is allowing me to engage in more daily domestic activities again! I'm glad she is taking such good care & giving me tools to manage my pain.

She’s wonderful at massages both gentle and strong, truly surgical with her massages and can tell where your hurting and get you right. I always come away feeling way better and wishing the massage was longer. Couldn’t recommend enough, no one is better. My workplace has her come by for anybody that wants a quick 30 min massage and she did such a terrific job that I’ve now gone to her a few times.
