I can’t say enough good things about Debra and her office! When I suffered a soccer-related knee injury, Dr. Byron Patterson (a sports medicine expert who’s been the doctor to professional soccer teams including LA Galaxy, LAFC, and the US Men’s National Team) prescribed physical therapy and HE recommended Debra and Lifestyle Physical Therapy in my area. What a great recommendation! Debra’s therapy was phenomenal, and I’ve returned a couple more times to heal separate injuries (one work-related issue in my shoulder, and another neck injury resulting from bad posture habits). I like getting my pt done here. All the employees are nice, especially the office manager, Sirena! I go here regularly and I haven’t had trouble.

Not very helpful

My shoulder was in bad shape. Went to the doctor and we didn’t see anything on the x-ray. He referred me here and I went twice a week for about a month. There is a great team here that really wants to get you better. I was back playing golf shortly after my first visit and now I have a routine to continue to strengthen my problem areas to prevent injury in the future. I have been to physical therapy in the past that were just insurance machines and this place is definitely not that. If you need physical therapy, this is a great choice.
