UPDATED 12/22/25 There’s a lot to love about this neighborhood pharmacy… And today just pretty much seals the deal- if incredible customer / patient service and compassion along with MUCH more expedient, personal service matters… THIS IS THE ONLY PHARMACY TO BRING YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS TO. This is the first time in years I’ve found myself unable to pick up an urgent prescription - and before I knew it, the senior Manager had arranged to add my prescription to an already-existing local delivery order! So for hardly any additional $$ - within 2 HOURS - I had my Rx … and the realization that Sherri (the owner!) and her entire staff genuinely do care about their clientele and their health and well-being. On to the other perks: Almost always friendly staff, helpful, and unlike chain pharmacies

I love Elements so much. All of the pharmacists and other staffers are so knowledgeable and thoughtful. It is so lucky to have a local pharmacy in Studio City!

My wife and our 3 kids go here for our vaccines. We do have to wait each time we go, maybe 20-30min, but when we're seen we get great service. Kids get lollipops too after, plus they have kid themed bandaids. Also they seem to have the most updated versions of vaccines before our main medical provider

I’m so happy to have this pharmacy in my neighborhood! Kind, helpful, knowledgeable, it’s a pleasure to be there. Side note: extremely cute cards and gift bags are available.

I LOVE ELEMENTS! I've received all my COVID vaccines here, including the latest bivalent version. Appointments are easy to make online, and you can fill out all the necessary forms online, too. The staff is always nice, helpful, and even when they're busy they're very efficient. The pharmacy itself has a thoughtfully chosen gift section with interesting items you don't find elsewhere. A great place to buy presents, toys, and even treats for yourself. A truly special local pharmacy--highly recommended!
