I have been to gyms/ health clubs all over the country. I have found Life Plex in Plymouth to be a great gym. It has everything I need and want. I spend anywhere from two to two in a half hours there in early morning. While it is true that sometimes a piece of equipment may be out of order. That happens in every gym. Anything man made is subject to break down from time to time. I found Life Plex to address those issues asap when that does happen. The staff (all) the staff are kind, professional and very sociable from the very top on down. I can only suggest people go in and see for themselves. The staff will be happy to assist you and if I remember correctly they gave me a free day pass to try the gym out.👍😎

I was charged an invalid late fee. Updated my payment method on the due date at the front desk was told everything was good with the account then noticed a higher bill. When asking the front desk they said they were unable to return it and management didn't return call or email. 👎👎

Today I signed up for a membership, while 62 a month is a bit steep when you first hear it, the amenities they offer here make it all worth it and you’ll understand why the price is the way it is. I got a walk thru from Greg Champion and he was amazing! He showed me all of the things they offer, and even took me on a walk around the outdoor the track. (Got our steps in while showing/learning the place haha!) The people in there are so friendly and it’s a non judgmental place, I’m excited to get started on my fitness journey, I felt welcomed in as soon as I walked thru those doors!! Thank you!!!

You could be on a machine mid exercise or playing basketball or in the pool if healthcare side or the College wants that area they kick you off or out no questions no warnings, nothing on there wall calender. Ive been asked off bikes, machines, the pool, basketball court, even unoccupied areas out the blue mid workout no posted warnings. They will say O we forgot to put it on the schedule/wall, the equipment, area calender or simply sorry its for health care or the College. Paying normal members means you might get to use things here if not being used by heathcare or the college and even if it isn't and they want that spot or equipment while your on it you have to find something else to use. Just fyi i dont mind sharing or finding other stuff its the mid workout interruptions or hours clos
