DOT STOP med

As a truck driver, I stopped at a nearby truck stop and walked in across the street to get my DOT medical exam without an appointment. The lady at the front desk was very kind and told me they had an opening right away. The entire process took about one hour, and I was back on the road quickly. Very friendly staff and fast service. Thank you again I truly appreciate it!

the woman at the front desk is rude & unprofessional. i was trying to ask a question / explain my situation when she rudely cut me off and said “I don’t need to know your business” then proceeded to slam the window closed after telling me to fill out paper work. I then fill out the paper work and set it on the outside of the window because it’s closed, she then opens the window and says “you can hand it to me” so I go back to the window and hand it to her. She then threatens to tell my employer “how I’m acting” and slams the window once again. then to my surprise right after all of this a male walks in and she treats him respectfully, and has a nice little chat / laugh with him. if my employer wasnt requiring me to come here, id 100% go elsewhere.

Stopped in for a last minute DOT medical exam. She was appointment only today, but was able to help get me in before my CDL expired. Place was clean, she was very friendly and helpful with all my questions. Can’t recommend this place enough, quite a bit cheaper than my personal doctor as well. Thank you again for talking me in as walk in on a busy day, I will for sure be back.

They are amazeballs. Took me as a walk-in on Labor Day weekend. Love's truck stop across the street. Fast, efficient, thorough, and kind, are the adjectives I'd use to describe this place. And for the most important part of any review. Will I be back? Without hesitation, YES!!!!

Super clean and friendly; They actually treat you like a person. I drove 3 hours on my personal vehicle to get here and it was worth it. I'll make the trip out again in a few years too. There's too many crooks in the industry, don't give them your business, come here. These guys will have you in and out with a smile on your face 😀 Thanks, DOT STOP!
