Outstanding! Everyone from my phone call, to check-in, triage nurse, to the doctor was friendly, kind, caring & professional & took amazing care of my cousin. I will definitely be returning here for any urgent care needs. This was the best urgent care experience I've ever had. Wonderful staff

I am not someone who typically leaves reviews, but my experience here was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I was sent to Lifeline Urgent Care for a mandatory pre-employment drug test. Before going, I called to confirm whether an appointment was needed and was told that it was not, as long as I arrived before their 5:00 PM closing time. I left work early to make sure I arrived on time and got there a few minutes before 4:00 PM. However, I was not checked in right away because the front desk staff were assisting other patients. I waited approximately 15 minutes and was told someone would help me shortly. When I was finally assisted, I was told that drug testing cut off at 4:00 PM and that I was “too late,” despite having arrived before that time and waiting solely due to staff avail

Great staff from reception to nurse to doctor! Attentive, friendly and patient. Got me in and out in less than an hour with treatment provided and needed prescriptions already submitted to Walgreens a block away. Highly recommend!

Incredibly kind staff & made this an in & out visit in no time! Couldn’t have found a better spot as an out of towner that doesn’t know the area well. While I never hope to be back in an urgent care, I know where I’ll stop by anytime I’m in Houston & have a need for one!

They REFUSE to tell you the actual price. They just want your $150 which is why they purposely don’t tell you much. You can’t call for an std visit or anything. If you’re having specific issues they don’t care because they’re charging $150 just to speak to someone. Not be testing. You’re better off going to the ER. At least they test you without hassle and you know what’s what. These places have become a scam. Only focus is money not the health of people. I genuinely see why people don’t get tested properly. If you’re going to scam why deal with the hassle when money is so hard to come by? Texas is the most underpaid yet worked state. I need to ensure my money is doing exactly what it needs to here.
