LifeLine Specialty Pharmacy

Myrna was such a help to me with my specialty prescription. I was trying to find an alternative medication due to the high copay cost. She searched for a copay assistance card and also spent the time to enroll me. I can’t thank her enough for all her concern and compassion. She is a lifesaver!!

I have been using this pharmacy for years and it is excellent! The staff and the pharmacists are a pleasure to do business with unlike every other pharmacy I have used. People here are kind, professional, responsible, proactive, concerned, always polite, and thorough. They handle everything about the prescriptions and I never have to serve as a middleman between my doctor and my "pharmacy benefits manager"/insurer as I used to do with other pharmacies. The best part is that they hold themselves accountable. Sometimes things don't go as planned, but people here are accountable and they follow through until any small glitches are ironed out and they make sure I am satisfied without my asking. You will not be disappointed in the great personal service you receive!

------------- Update to original review 1/28/26 2PM: The owner called very promptly from the time of reply on the review. He listened very well, apologized for the staff and then thoroughly discussed the situation with the account providing the clarification that was originally being asked for. The clarification is actually quite different than what was originally stated by the first employee and made much more sense considering the situation as well. He was very thorough, patient, kind and made sure to answer all questions. As such, I am changing the 1 star rating to 3 stars and I hope going forward this situation won't occur again. ----------------------------- Original Review: 1 star Called the pharmacy for clarification about medication cost & insurance. I have experienced so many headaches when it comes to dealing with pharmacies. Lifeline is the rare exception. I think this is the first google review I have ever done, but felt compelled to. Marcia + Tap handled everything for me. They were clear, efficient and even clarified the smallest details to make sure I had no delays with my prescription delivery.

Tap was incredibly helpful with every step. They handled everything professionally and left me feeling safe and comfortable.
