Patient was GCS (Vision ❌ + Speech ❌ + Motor Skills ❌) = ❌/15, AxO ❌/4, and reporting ❌/10 pain. Crew recieved signatures and report from ❌. Crew gathered all of the patients paperwork and belongings and placed them onto the gurney. Patient was transferred from ❌ to gurney via ❌ x2 EMT following all protocols with no incidents. Patient was placed into a ❌ position with all side rails up and seatbelts fastened. Crew loa
