Baldwin Park Congregate Home

Thanks again for everything you have done for me, the nurse's were caring, honest and loving people that truly loved their work especially CB (Amy) I cared for everybody else involved in my recovery and appreciate them immensely, great job everyone and may God bless you and your family.

My wife was at the Congregate house for 3 1/2 weeks. The staff was first rate and very professional. The physical therapist, Patrick was excellent and was extremely influential in my wife 's rehabilitation. Thank you all for taking care and giving me my wife back healthy!

This place is horrible! They need to get their act together! The nursing director is completely unkind and a liar. Please do not take your love ones to this nursing home. They didn't have my Grandmother's medication ready and they sent her to the worst hospital. She ended up having cardiac arrest!

My sister was in this nursing home, they don’t return calls, they won’t let you speak to an administrator regarding your family members treatment, Me and my family called over 20 times trying to speak to an administrator about moving my sister to another facility and they took our number and never us called back each time like their holding her hostage. I truly would not recommend this facility if you care for your loved one.

Just got here to rehabilitate from hip surgery and can already tell that this place is magnificent. God bless everyone here including the staff members 🙏🏽 much love happy holidays
