I came here twice to pick up prescription sunglasses for my wife. She ordered 3 pairs but 2 pairs were ready first then the last pair was ready a few days later. The service is very fast. After waiting in line for a couple minutes I was able to check in, then waited a few more for my name to be called. The bathroom is across the way by the pharmacy. Urinals and paper towels are not automatic but there is a light switch so you can turn off the lights and use the restroom. Nice lighting in the bathroom. There is an anteroom before the bathroom. One door goes to the electric room. The other to the bathroom.

Nothing makes me want LASIK more than the quality of the coating on these lenses. They scratch up so fast it’s ridiculous! When I came in to talk to someone about it only after 3 months, they said that they can replace the lenses for $100 after I just dropped all this money to get my glasses in the first place. I’ve never had this issue before with other places, even the cheapy websites online hold up better than these Kaiser ones 😤 fed up

I went yesterday to pick up my glasses that I waited for 2 weeks. I thought my prescription was done right but no, very disappointed with the services the optician gave me. She did not take her time in making sure the glasses fitted right and not just that the prescription was done incorrectly. Is still blurry worst than the older pair I have and are almost 3 years old. So I would think new prescription meant to see better because my vision got a little more progressive. I wear bifocals and are all done wrong. I complained to the member services as well as the optical dept. I schedule a new appointment but would see the Dr. until the optician think is necessary. Since when the optician make decision regarding your vision to just check the prescription of your glasses. I won't pay for seen

Friendly staff, great quality lens and lots of different frames to choose from

Be prepared to wait for hours after your appointment, ans they do not care that you are waiting. They give you dry contacts that scratches eyeballa off.
