Most of the office staff are great, the doctors are great but, the one office worker was terrible if I could give her less then one star I would. I told her I just needed to talk to the doctor she said she needs notes from his pcp who has nothing to do with my son’s seizures. I tried explaining that they already did a zoom meeting without needing that stuff because he went to siani hospital and they saw him there and she immediately dismissed me and made me feel terrible. You guys need to check on this lady and her attitude it made me rethink ever coming back here again due to her attitude.

My child was admitted to the pediatric neurology unit for 24-hour EEG testing. Before discharge, while an employee from the neurology department was removing the equipment from my child's head, she placed the rag that had the chemical solution she was using to remove the equipment (which contained alcohol) directly on my child's eyes. It was the parent who not only took the rag off but also pointed out that it had the cleaning solution on it. The employee left the room to find a nurse and, instead of immediately following protocol for safety and hazardous materials, proceeded to clean up after herself, not attending to or checking on the problem she created. After twenty to twenty-five minutes and having to request a copy of the material safety data sheet due to the nurse manager on shift

Just placed an appointment for my son. I understand that we may all have bad days but the office lady was super rude! I was so shocked and appalled that she spoke to me in that manner. After this appointment, I will not be returning. I like to give people grace but I have never experienced anything like this before.
