I recently spent 6 days at Sinai... 3 in MICU (6th floor) and 3 on a regular floor (2nd floor). I cannot say enough about the way I was treated. Everyone so so incredibly caring, professional, and on top of everything. The nurses, assistant nurses, techs, and transporter were amazing. Thank you Sinai for taking such care of me:)

From there very second I arrived at the ER by Medic Unit every single person myself and family had contact with treated us with Professionalism,Kindness, and Empathy. I mean Everyone! After being admitted I had quite a few days to reflect. The Medic crew realized I needed specific care and knew exactly where I needed to go. God Bless the 1st Responders and the Entire Sinai (Life Bridge) team. From the ER Team, Administration Team,Cardiac Teams and Surgeons,Nutrition Service,Housekeeping Team, to the team member that wheeled me to my ride home. Your Team are Loved by myself and family ♥️💪🫡

Lifebridge Sinai on Belvedere has the rudest cafeteria staff (not cash register, they are sweet). I always feel like kitchen staff at LB are annoyed by people. It doesn't hurt to smile and speed things up a bit. They are laughing and joking in the kitchen but when its a customer their facial expression change. They seem very disorganized creating lines with people who are rushing to appts and doctors to support patients. Kitchen staff is oblivious to any time concept and seem very annoyed by people who are ordering food. I hope someone looks into this since this impacts customer service and your bottom line.

I was assaulted by Dr. Emma Montanez and reported the incident to Lifebridge/Sinai Hospital but they completely dismissed me. They do not advocate for those enrolled in their health programs and are more interested in avoiding a law suit. No Primary Care Provider should ever assault a patient. Note: This occurred at 711 W 40th St. (Hampden Rotunda)

My procedure went very smoothly. The staff were courteous, attentive and caring. Everyone from the anesthesiologist to my surgeon explained what they would be doing so I was both informed and comfortable with what would take place. My nurse, Sheela, could not have been nicer or more helpful. In all a positive experience.
