The environment at Life Wellness is calm and the staff are welcoming. My relaxation massage with Helaina was so satisfying. While her hands are very strong, her touch is compassionate and loving. I kept thinking that she really loves what she does. The massage felt like a full body hug. It was just what I needed!

One of the best massages I've ever had. The atmosphere was calming, the therapist was incredibly skilled, and every detail was thoughtful. I cried during session, was told me I had some trapped trauma. I walked out feeling relaxed, happy, refreshed and balance. The professionalism is top tier.

Every practitioner is incredible in their own way. I highly recommend the massage / acupuncture combo if it’s in your means. I’ve gone when my body was in crisis and left feeling massive relief (and a relief that kept opening up).

I’ve been coming for almost a year now. Camila is an absolutely excellent masseuse! Everyone is so kind and down to earth, you feel the good energy as soon as you walk in. You won’t be disappointed!

Lexis was a 10/10! Went for a yoga/Thai massage and said I had some pain in my shoulders. Lexis was really knowledgeable and healing, I felt my shoulder completely melt and left feeling much much better! The atmosphere is warm, mystical and has good energy in every corner, can’t wait to come back!
