If I could leave 0 stars I would. I received treatment at Life Orthopedics following a motor vehicle accident. While the medical treatment itself was routine, the administrative experience was unnecessarily difficult. After submitting a formal request for my own medical records, I encountered delays, minimal communication, and no clear explanation regarding processing status. Multiple follow-ups were required. Notably, records were transmitted promptly to an insurance carrier, yet my personal request remained pending. Access to your own medical records should not require persistence or escalation. The lack of transparency and responsiveness added avoidable stress during an already challenging time. Patients should be prepared to actively manage and follow up on documentation requests.

I was referred to this office by my law firm as I was involved in an accident in March and was advised they would provide great service. However, my experience with this office has been the opposite thus far. I received treatment from April to May and I was insured at the time, and this office is an in-network provider through my health insurance. I've advised this office on multiple occasions to submit my treatment to my health insurance and they have refused to do so and have even ignored calls from my health insurance provider which is both unprofessional and unethical. I did not want to have to leave this review but their lack of response caused me to bring awareness to this.

They were very helpful with my grandfather and making him feel better since his accident. Staff are very friendly at this location. I highly recommend!
