From the first call with Donna to the visits with Richard, the customer service is exceptional. Both Donna and Richard are so knowledgeable and helpful. My piece I needed for my hearing aid was not in stock at the Naples location. Richard happened to be at the Ft Meyers location and made a trip to Naples to get me the part. I could not recommend them more highly.

I can hear again! I have been wearing hearing aids for six years and shockingly enough, I lost one and I searched for hours looking for it. I waited a while to find a good center and had a wonderful recommendation from my colleague. Life hearing health centers is wonderful! Richard was understanding, knowledgeable, efficient, and very accommodating. It took less than a week to get my new hearing buds and they work perfectly. I would recommend them for anyone.

I been going to Life Hearing Center in North Naples now since I moved here to Florida in 2022. They have been terrific to work with and very pleased with them. Richard has been just outstanding explain everything to me an so accommodating. He is just great to work with and the receptionist is always very pleasant when ever I call or have visited the office for my appointments or just to pick up batteries. I feel I am very fortunate to have found them to go to for my hearing needs. They are the best.

Very welcoming and helpful in resolving a frustrating issue with my hearing aids. Took the extra time to clean them and replace old tips. This will be my new care center for my hearing issues.

For years after purchasing the hearing aid device, Richard is always available to adjust and patiently making sure the device function well! Really appreciate his service! His assistant Dana so friendly!
