Life Care Pharmacy & Compounding

First time dealing with this pharmacy this summer up until now, but have dealt with many others. First off, they DO NOT call you to notify you of anything. I was supposed to be on auto delivery, but was getting close to the end of my meds so I called them. What is going on?? They are polite, but the answer was that they can put me on auto delivery now. This is a medication that I CANNOT skip. Luckily my doctor was able to float me a few pills until mine arrived. So remember I was put on auto delivery? Now its rounding the end again, I have no notification if its shipped. So again, I have to call THEM. They have my new insurance info, but because they did not have a payment on file for the $5 co-pay, they took me off auto delivery and then...said nothing to me. No call to let me

After being with another pharmacy that treated me badly, it's been a lovely experience going here! The entire staff is very kind and understanding! I'm so thankful to have found such a great pharmacy!!

The delivery service is the worst, my medicine takes like 5 days to be filled, I have to be calling them to know the status, they don't even update the tracker and so suddenly it arrives and they don't even send you a message, they leave it outside my house, when I get home from work I see that my medicine is there for like 4 hours and it turns out that the medicine has to be refrigerated ($118usd) this happened twice and the second time I didn't even find the medicine, only a photo of it is where they left it, it's incredible how this type of medicine is not delivered to your hands or should they say only to pick up, very bad service

This is the best pharmacy I have ever been to. Extremely polite and knowledgeable staff. Feels just like family. Highly recommend.
