Life Care Center of Port Townsend

Today we visited a friend in rehab and we left with a very reassuring and positive feeling. From the moment we entered and encountered the personable, friendly staff, no lingering smells and cleanliness we were impressed. Spoke with a couple residents while waiting and feedback was impressive. Upon entering her room and seeing how much she was improving and her accounts of care, kindness and positive progress the impression grew. Thank you, for actually providing the help and not being the "typical" warehouse for the aged or ill. As I myself perhaps might need that kindness soon, it is more reassuring than you could possibly know.

My husband was sent for skilled nursing at the Life Care Center from the hospital after a bad fall at home. The staff could not have been more accommodating, professional and friendly. While the building has seen better days and the staff could be larger, it was cheerful and clean and the staff was surprisingly prompt. He has only spent two days and two nights there, this is a first impression but I feel it will continue.

This was my first visit to an old friend I had not seen in many years. I was welcomed at the reception desk. Asked to register and waited for my friend to join me. The facility was clean and my old friend was enjoying his stay in assisted living. Yesterday was his 88th birthday.

My father was there for rehab. It's changed alot for the better. Dad received good care, staff was wonderful, place was clean, and had a good feel to it, unlike what it was in the 80s and 90s. Keep up the good work.

I have no complaints about the facility nor the people. The staff and health care workers are very caring and accomodating. I just wish there were MORE healthcare workers to assist the patients more timely.
