My OB recommended this service and I am SO thankful she did! The nurses here are insanely knowledgeable and kind! I was paired with Sarah Jane and she has been incredibly helpful and actually cares about you! She's helping me prepare to welcome my first child and I couldn't be happier. My anxiety is melting away! With so many complications I have, Sarah has been knowledgeable and accommodating. I can breathe again!
They were friendly and fast. I had to get my birth certificate and I got it the next day. Easy as can be.
I think this is a vastly underrated facility. I have gone here three times and found knowledgeable staff, courteous personnel, and a great deal of compassionate care. While I wouldn't normally recommend a public health department, this one is quite exceptional. I would not hesitate to go again.
