Life Care Center of Ocala

Both my parents were at the Life Care Center for almost two months. I wanted to acknowledge some of the people who were incredibly helpful and stood out to me and my family. A huge thank you to Doug, Minnie, and Marci! They always helped us answer any questions, and they worked with us every step of the way. They were all kind, efficient, and loving—all things our family truly needed during that time. The Physical therapy crew were also exceptional, and they got my Mom up and walking sooner than we expected. I’d also like to mention the amazing nurses, including: Keita, Gina, Tina, Mary, and Linda. Thank you for your utmost care and compassion during such a difficult time for us. You all went above and beyond and we can’t appreciate you enough!

Life Care Center of Ocala is very clean and the staff is very friendly! It never smells bad which I've been to a lot of places that do! The patients look happy and well cared for. My Step Mom likes it there but is looking forward to coming home. She is there for rehab after surgery on her neck and back. Thanks for taking such good care of her!

If I could give a negative star review I would! This place is disgusting! They treat the elderly here like trash! They leave the elderly is urine and poop filled diapers all night, they refuse to help them up to potty, when you mash the button for help it takes them hours to respond! If someone was having a heart attack or stroke, they'd die before anyone came to check on them! The entire place smells of urine as soon as you walk in, and every nurse there has a nasty attitude! You are there to take care of the elderly! That is what you are paid to do! Find another job if you can't be bothered! How would you like your parents to be treated like this!?! And Lord help if someone messes their diaper at dinner time! They make them wait till after everyone is done eating to change them! So they

The Life Care Center of Ocala is without a doubt the best facility for our brother. After we transferred him from another facility, we realized how exceptional Life Care is. We are so thankful Chris is living his remaining years where it’s obvious he’s being taken care of.

Wanda was absolutely a true credit to her profession. Her personality is warm, very caring, and excepionally positive. Whenever i heard on the floor, she always made me smile. Her service was exceptional. I never saw her even once lose the sunshine of her personality. She was explemparary in her profession. She was a true professional. No matter her day, she always kept me smiling. If Wanda was working, i knew i would be well taken care of. It was a dismal time for me , but Wanda always made me forget about it I cannot express the deep felt gratitude i have for tjr exceptional professionsl services you provided.
