The communication from their team is clear, timely, and professional, which makes transitions smooth for residents and families alike. Their clinical staff is knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly focused on patient-centered care. As wonderful as the amenities are and the beautiful Florida weather, even better, are the staff and kind hearted souls that care for the residents. Just yesterday, while visiting our father for dinner, we heard the story from his new friend, how his first visit with a physical therapist started with a handful of donated clothes from his own closet. The therapist became aware that his patient didn’t have suitable clothing to wear for his treatment. Turns out, that his act of kindness contributed to his healing as much, if not more than the therapy itself. The recent renovations in the dining room and throughout just add to what the team at Life Care work hard to achieve each day, quality care in a safe and loving environment! Visiting sister in rehab. Facility looks & smells very clean & inviting. Employees were attentive & considerate. Could use a little more RN help as I understand that they were temporarily understaffed. Need to have replacements on standby so that facility can run smoothly. Need availability of bedside commodes for those with limited mobility. First impressions were good & hope to remain that way.

This is a long one but needs to be said. Not sure what all the 5 star ratings are from maybe the rehab area but the assisted living side not good. Communication is awful, so many times spoke to upper management about the care my family member was given there. Was always told thank you for letting us know we will check on it. Nope never a response back but the care given never changed. I have told nurses, staff and management many times if anything should happen to call me immediately and let me know about any problems, I was always told yes we will contact you immediately should any emergency should occur. My family member could not call me in an emergency due to my phone number being from out of state becauae there poine system considered it long distance and would not let the call be pla

Front desk personnel acknowledged me immediately and was very pleasant. Great first impression. All staff were engaged with the patients. They all appeared to enjoy their jobs. My mother who is a patient said she likes it much better than the previous facility she was in. I feel my mother is being well cared for and gives me peace of mind.
