Life Care Center of Kennewick

So far, so good. Met w/pt staff & Dr. MD. Even Isaiah Occ. Therapy assisted with moving Mom’s bed so she could view TV. All were very nice and accommodating. Mom seems happier with food than previous rehab facility.

Front desk and staff friendly and welcoming. Rooms are clean and caregivers attentive. Highly recommend them, and honestly it's so nice to visit a loved one knowing they are getting the attention and care they need.

I am quite impressed with how my husband is being treated and respected. I felt that our care conference went very well with everyone listening and understanding. He and I need to know “more of the ropes” so we can make this the best possible outcome. He decided to get his haircut and I was very pleased.

Whatever you do not place any family member in this place they will neglect a person when you've told them multiple times that they are an active mover. My mother has fell 3 times in this place and they do not bother to watch people that need watching they will take care of more able body people at this place.And also I gave my mother a Pepsi drink and they had not dumped it out for a week also, they did not give her any ice water. She had nothing to drink in her room. The nurses are complete oblivious to patients that need more care. Also, don't not take any dogs there because you need to prove that you have their shots and stuff which we were told we could bring a dog. I'm very surprised that this clinic is not shut down of the neglect 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
