Life Care Center of Estero

The facility itself is older, but it was clean and well maintained. My husband was there as a hospice patient, and while I was very unimpressed with the hospice provider, the nursing staff and administration at Life Care Center of Estero more than made up for it. The nurses and administrative staff showed genuine care, compassion, and concern for my husband during his final days. They were attentive, responsive, and supportive—not only to him, but to our family as well. Their kindness and professionalism made an incredibly difficult time more bearable, and they truly helped ease both his comfort and our hearts. I will always be grateful for the care and dignity they provided during his last days.

Nurses and CNA’s in Serenity lane are fantastic. Dale, Shanika, Martine,Marie ,Barb and Donna are the best! CNA’s are miracle workers. Benita is the best! So caring and wonderful. She goes above and beyond every shift. Mirline, Merline, Michaline, Bernadette, Marie, Maddy, Seville, ODenise, Westline and Darlene will care for loved one. Highly recommend. Your loved one will be safe and cared for in this unit with these workers.

My mom just arrived a few days ago and everything has been great! The nurses and staff are very friendly,helpful and kind. 🩷 Shout out to Claire (RN) & Sinnette. I haven’t met everyone yet who’s involved with her care, but I’m so thankful she’s in good hands.

If you care about your loved one's well-being and wish to ensure their safety, we strongly advise against placing them in this facility. The nursing staff appears to be intimidated by the cna’s. My mother in law was unable to leave her bed to use the restroom are was rarely changed for extended periods, sometimes exceeding eight hours, despite having me to advocate for her and contacted the nurses' station. Afterwards she was mistreated and wiped down roughly even when she was crying and telling them they were hurting her. While my mother in law was admitted there my mother and sister went to visit her and the cna was not aware they were standing in the room while she was attending my mother in law and was treating her very rough and threw her into a wheel chair. I was very impressed with how beautiful and well kept the facility is. The staff is pleasent and welcoming. I'm so very glad my Mom is here for her rehab. I haven't seen her so happy and excited to start rehab. She is extremely positive. I haven't seen her smile and talk so much. Thank you all.
