Life Care Center of Centerville

My grandmother, father, and now my aunt have been a resident at Lifecare. The staff there takes such great care of everyone. My dad even liked living there. When there is no other choice, Lifecare is the place to put your loved ones. No worries.

Visit was good as always. However, Donna keeps getting items on her food tray that has milk in them. She is lactose intolerance. Thankfully she is in her right mind and does not eat the food. But she is not getting a full meal if she can’t eat everything.

I've seen care & patience with my mom; there is always maintenance & upkeep going on. My mom enjoys the activities in dining area & it's always decorated for the seasons & holidays. Friendly staff!

My mom has been at Life Care in Centerville for 4 years and we couldn't ask for a better staff! They work very hard for the residents and their families. I'm very thankful for this facility and the caring staff.

I recently had a CVA and as an employee of Life Care of Centerville I chose to go there for my rehab knowing the Therapists personally made that decision easy. I would like to thank the DOR Kim Span for my personal plan of care. Jamie Banes, Diane Pinkerton in ST and Melody in OT who made sure I got a shower as requested. The nursing department was amazing in their care. Lori Qualls waited for my arrival to make certain everything was correct. Wendy Dill had to tolerate me after a long ambulance ride from Nashville. I don’t remember a lot of my time there but I do remember the kindness and compassion shown to me by everyone.
