Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Centerville - TN

Dr. Coates absolutely does amazing with not just myself but my kids each time we come in. She is fast and attentive and helps me to understand what’s going on and how to help in each way possible. Highly recommend this place if needing somewhere to go close. Thankful to have a doctor that’s as great as her.

Been disputing a bill for months now over services that weren't rendered. I called before I arrived to see if a blood drawn order from lab corp could be filled. They said they could but nurse denied me getting it drawn when i arrived even with legit paperwork. From what I understand the nurse had issues and no longer works there. I've called your billing, customer service.... the clinic manager said it'd be taken care of but I woke up to another message this morning saying it was delinquent. She looked over an itemized bill and agreed no services were rendered. Next stop insurance for false claim I guess.... I'm just tired of this dragging on. Watch those credit card numbers people!!

Arrived at opening and was served quickly and thoroughly with a referral appointment set up by the clinic for the very next day!! Very pleased with all the employees that helped me and Alex, the primary care person who saw me and I feel accurately assessed my needs. I am very appreciative of how they listened and worked with my input as they asked the right questions to serve all my needs. Thank you Fast Pace for hiring the right people, and a special thank you to each and everyone who helped me.

I would love to give more than a five star. The young lady that does the vitals.was awesome. She went above and beyond with everyone she had encountered. She was awesome with the children. I wish I had gotten her name, but she deserves recognition thank you.

I have been here several times and the staff is excellent as usual. I found them to be thorough and professional. The attending PA listened very carefully and explained things well. My only complaint would be the policy fastpace has regarding having to fill out a psychological questionnaire everytime I walk into the building when I am there for a physical problem.
