Life Care Center at Inverrary

From the moment I walked in to life care center I knew that this place was going to be special. From the reception desk to meeting Bridget who walked me through the entire building and introducing me to all the staff I encountered. I did check out another community and to be honest it paled in comparison to your property and what you offered before the completion of my second tour I knew I made my decision called Bridget and told her this is where I wanted to take my partner. Rob was at HCA woodmount and his occupational therapist Cassie who use to work for you strongly suggested I look at your facility and told me Rob would really like it. From the moment we crossed their doors, they showed us this was a great place for my dad. And every day the show us we made the right decision. We had to move my dad because of his condition. He needs a lot of care and help with every single task in his daily life. From the day of his transfer until now, we are always greeted with a smile from the whole staff. They have been patient with us through the whole transition, answering all of our questions, trying to help and accommodate to all our requests to care for him. I could write paragraphs about the positive qualities they have shown, but I'm gonna summarize by saying that with their actions they demonstrate they truly care about their patients. I cannot say enough positive things about the staff. They are all so nice and attentive and caring. I had a terrible experience last year with my mom at a different rehabilitation facility. I am able to leave her knowing she is being cared for.

So far the experience has been overwhelmingly good my mother is very happy. I’m very happy. The family is happy. Everyone at every level of this organization has gone to level five to do the right thing from maintenance to food preparation to nursing to therapy to groundskeeping very very happy.
