I had an emergency crown situation. I found Dr. Licata’s office near my work and she was able to see me just a few hours later. I was really stressed at that point because the crown I lost was visible when I smile. And I like to smile! I was relieved after meeting with Dr. Licata to learn there was a fix that would have my smile back up and running in a week. Dr. Licata is both kind and knowledgeable. She also took the time to think about a long term treatment plan; something that required a lot of thought because of my situation. It made me feel like she really cares. Also, Dr. Licata’s staff is wonderful! Kayla is soo genuine and kind. I mean, I walked in unannounced and Kayla gave me “girl, we got you” vibes. Cassie was like calm, cool and collected competence.
