Soo many reasons why I love this place!! 1) Dr Leong is so knowledgeable and kind, she takes the time to really diagnose you and hear all your concerns. She genuinely cares about you. 2) The staff here is amazing, I had a rebate questions about my contacts and when I called, the front desk took the time to walk me through the whole process and even stayed on the phone with me while I did it. 3) Last year I had an eye emergency and instead of making me wait for days they did their best and squeezed me in same day. Every time I come here I feel like I’m a family member they care about.

I’ve been coming to LIC Vision Associates for about three years now, and Ruty has been my go to associate from day one! I truly cannot rave about this clinic enough. The exams are thorough, the tech is great, and the entire process from appointment to picking out frames feels smooth because of Ruty. I am not the easiest customer when it comes to glasses, and he always goes above and beyond to make sure I feel taken care of!!! Ruty is an absolute gem of a specialist, and I genuinely hope he stays at this location forever. He’s the reason I keep coming back, I would honestly follow him anywhere for my eye care. Highly recommend. 10/10 a local gem.

I was recommended to LIC Vision Associates by a co-worker who comes here and brings their entire family. I preface my review with this because I recently had an eye injury (Cornea Abrasion). Went to an Urgent Care Clinic near my home first, and that experience was not amazing. Told me to wait 24 hours before seeking further help. After 24 hours and my eye was getting much worse, and I in a world where there is no clear answers for where to go or who to choose in these situations. I called two shops up and explained my situation. This is where my experience with LIC Vision Associates starts. I called up when they opened and checked prior to this online, they were booked out for weeks. Had a really amazing experience getting my eye exam and contacts lens fitted. The doctor gave me really great insights into fitting my contacts in properly. As someone with high astigmatism and macular degeneration, this was a 10/10 experience. They even have a retinal imaging exam without needing to dilate eyes.

My family and I have been with LIC Vision since they opened. My husband, children, and I all get eye care and glasses here and have always found Dr. Leong and Dr. Tisdale and the staff to be fantastic. Most recently, Dr. Tisdale and Rudy helped me figure out what was bothering me about my new glasses (unrelated to the prescription) and now I can see great without headaches. I feel lucky to have them in the neighborhood!
