Dr. Chun and his staff are simply amazing. I am happy that I was recommended to his practice. He genuinely cares about every single one of his patients and provides the best treatment possible, he is very knowledgeable and will take the time to explain and offer best options and care. I unfortunately wont be back. After our last appointments, the first of the morning, I felt everything was rushed. The hygienist rushed through my cleaning as she was worried about staying on schedule. My teeth are very close together and care needs to be taken when flossing as yanking/forcing the floss through my teeth cuts my gums, causes extreme swelling, and bleeding. I know this is in my chart as I've been a patient at Liberty since 2012. This cleaning left me in pain for the next day. When it was time for checkout, the admin assistant rudely asked if I wanted to wait while she got our treatment plans, or if she could "just email me?" I said email is fine. I thought this was odd because in all the appointments at Liberty, if a treatment plan is required, they've always had it at che
