Liberty Commons Rehabilitation Center

My mother entered Liberty Commons in May of 2024. She recently passed at this wonderful facility. I was able to be there during her final decent to heaven. Also the staff at Liberrty Commons was by her side. Not only was she family there, I also had become part of that family. The staff goes above and beyond a facility. The love my mother received was abundant. The care was outstanding . There was nothing she could want for. I would recommend this facility to anyone else that needs a home away from home.

Came in to visit my mom to find her at the end of the bed. She is recovering from surgery and is unable to get out of bed. We were told by the nurse in the floor that all 4 nurses/ cnas were unavailable to help anyone else on the floor because a resident had sadly passed away. We understand that certain things have to be taken care of when that happens but if you cannot take care of ALL of your patients have a plan in place to get assistance from the other unit to cover while all 4 of you handle what needs to be done with the deceased person. Nothing but excuses no empathy or sympathy expressed at all. Just want to clarify that the week day staff was excellent and very attentive. The issue is with the weekend day staff. My recent stay on the rehabilitation hall was good. I had a private room, which was very comfortable, as well as made me feel “homey” thanks to Diane Williams who works in the front office. The entire staff doctors, nurses, physical therapist, aides, housekeeping, etc were exceptional and provided good service. The therapy room was well equipped. I only had one bad incident in which Diane Williams was there and resolved it. Liberty Commons you are very fortunate to have a staff of good employees. My stay there was a pleasant and healing experience. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

I entered Liberty with 2 broken legs for inpatient rehab. The rehab staff was outstanding; professional therapists who were respectful and friendly. During my 7 week rehab, I went from barely standing to independently standing and transferring to/from wheelchair, bed, toilet and shower. Liberty rehab facilities are equipped with the equipment and practices for gradually strengthen feet, mending bones, muscles, hand and arm strength and overall core strength. Liberty’s inpatient care employs quality nursing and CNA staff who cater to every need 24/7. I highly recommend Liberty.

Liberty Commons Rehabilitation Center has played an important part of my partners recovery . The nursing staff is very supportive and knowledgeable . The CNAs were very respectful and friendly and attentive. Everyone is very professional in every aspect and throughout the facility!! We would choose this facility again if need be. We would recommend Liberty to anyone.
