From the moment I got to my appointment she had a very nasty attitude because she mentioned I had booked her years prior and didn’t show so she was very rude to me. She then proceeded to ask me what I was there for and I told her I had booked her for a fertility massage and signed the paperwork that was sent to me before. My appointment was for 6:30, I got there for 6:32 and she said I was more than 5 minutes late. We get past all of that and I mentioned that the energy was off and she said “yeah because you canceled a few years ago and you technically owe me a session”. She then tells me she changed her mind she’s going to cancel the appointment and that she doesn’t want me as a client. As someone going through the thick of ivf, I sat in my car for a while and broke down. I’m not sure why
