Patrick is an incredible trainer, coach and person. He’s helped me set attainable goals, improve nutrition habits and get excited about working out after recovering from major ankle surgery. I’m doing things I thought impossible a few months ago and it feels like the results have come easily. He combines his expertise with my goals, fitness level and preferences to create fun and challenging workouts. Even though he kicks my butt each session, the hour flies by.
