Liberate Physician Centers

Recently I sent a patient to Liberate Physicians in Orange Park for an evaluation. The staff from the phone person to the physician was exceptional. Today my patient visited their location on University Blvd. again exceptional service but more they were kind, compassionate, and went the extra mile for the patient’s care. I highly recommend them. They are the best.

Office Personnel do not wear masks!!! I normally like Liberate, but today’s visit was so bad I’m not sure I will go back. I made my appointment and asked about doing it over video as their website advertised and the Florida MMR site says they are allowing during COVID. I was told with a snippy tone that “They don’t do that.. and you will be in and out in ten minutes anyway.” Then she asked to reschedule my appointment for earlier in the day, which I agreed to as it would only be ten minutes, which still gave me 20 minutes leeway and I could still make a work meeting. Here is how my appointment went: The two office personnel were not wearing a mask. *You have to sign a consent form on a computer that everybody touches. *I was five minutes late as this is a new location and it is easy to

not sure why the guy was so mad about masks, medical marijuana has helped me avoid coronavirus in a whole with no vaccination and ive never worn a mask, they are always profession and nice in this office and take care of their patients needs, the other review is just someone thats angry at the world, would highly recommend Liberate ive been going there for 3 years with ZERO issues.

Great place to go. I just transferred over and they are so quick, kind, and most importantly, competent.
