Just called in to ask some questions about my child and I got huffing and puffing, lady was annoyed, tried to rush me off the phone, very short answers. She said things like I don’t know you have to ask your doctor. That is why I’m calling to speak to the doctor! I’m wondering why she was annoyed do her job? Please put more pleasant people on the phone lines because this experience makes me want to go to a different practice.

If it were possible to leave no stars I would. I refrained the last time leaving a negative review. This time however, it is unacceptable. 3 months ago we had an appointment to be seen, but we had waited 30 minutes passed our slotted time. We left. Today we arrive 15 minutes early, check in and head back to our room 15 minutes later right on time. 30 minutes later not a soul, an explanation. They just come by shut the door and walk away. No thanks! 15 minutes to drive there, 45 minutes to wait and not be seen or talked to and then 20 minutes to school, having no more clarity than we did. Time is also a priority in everyone's life. Health just as much. I do not trust Roseville to care for my time or make my child and their appointments a priority. If you cannot honor an appointment within 3

We have seen multiple doctors and currently see Dr Summers, who has been great. It is nearly impossible to get a sick appointment and end up going to urgent care. It is also difficult to get through to the nurses. They tell you to send a message in the portal but the response I got back was just make an appointment. Occasionally, when I have been able to get through to the nurses they talk you through the symptoms to see if an appointment is needed or if you could wait it out. Most of the doctors we have seen have been good, but the inability to see them when sick or get through the nurses line is making me think about going elsewhere.

I have been hoping to give feedback on my experience(s) with a particular Dr. for some time, yet never seem to receive the surveys. So, I am turning to Google. I hope Roseville Pediatrics knows what a true gem they have in Dr. Holly Frost. Wellness visits with her for my children is so worth the wait. She is not just a good doctor, but extraordinary. She catches medical issues that I have learned not to expect a physician to pick up on in one visit. She not only completely engages with my son, but answers even the questions I forget to bring up and in addition has recommended next steps. We came to meet Dr. Frost by chance, and now I seek her for my eldest as much as possible. His fear of Doctors visits has gone down and he is beginning to actually thrive with his treatment plan. Had such a great experience taking my 1.5 year old here today as a new patient. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and for the first time I didn’t feel rushed in and out of the appointment. They even gave us a cute book to take home for free!
