LG Health Physicians Pain Management

They are all incompetent… I have severe chronic pain and I left there being told I need physical therapy and to talk to a psychiatrist (both of which I was already doing). The way I was dismissed and treated was DISGUSTING and I would never recommend anyone to go here. It was the most dehumanizing experience I have ever had and made me not want to seek further help for my pain. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO FEEL HOPELESS.

The fibromyalgia clinic here is not what they advertise. I was told by my referring doctor and through a packet from them that they offered all these services to help manage my pain. The only thing they offer here is physical therapy and occupational therapy. I had to set up an appointment with a behavioral therapist outside of their clinic. When PT put me in a flare up and OT followed a script that wasn't fit for everyday life and pretty mjch pulled the "your pain isnt in your head" while feeding you a script about how its in your head. I asked to see the physiatrist they supposedly had. They dont have one there. They wanted to send me back to my referring doctor. They dont do acupuncture or massage but you can call your insurance to get a referral to a holistic doctor. Why even sa

After almost 3 weeks of waiting for the scheduler to call after I did my intake paperwork , and three follow ups from me, I was told they didn't have the referrals they needed from my local doctor. However they confirmed on September 9th they received them. So we finally get an appointment scheduled after each department blamed the other and I get a phone call at the end of the week to tell me one of the doctors don't take my insurance I previously confirmed with them TWiCE that they took my insurance. They didn't even check until today which is what precipitated this call. As a person who worked in the medical field almost 30 years, you check that information on day one of the intake. Not three weeks later. Completely disorganized and unprofessional. I had to discontinue other service

I have a patient there for about 4 years. I have had cortisone injections if facet joints and SI joint. The injections have worked well for me, fortunately. The doctors and staff are excellent. Dr. Gupta is my most recent contact and he is thorough in his exam which tells him exactly where the pain is coming from (ouch!). Dr. Sandusky has always been so empathetic in his approach, but he was on vacation this last time and I was treated by Dr. Novasat and she was really sweet and explained carefully. The staff who do the prepping and assist in the surgical center are very upbeat and patient in explaining what is going to happen. I have very high praise for this place.

Dr. Reddy was a delight to meet. She was friendly took time to listen to my extensive history. She answered all of my questions and was easy to talk to and i did not feel rushed at all. I highly recommend.
