I saw Nicole Aasshon. I'm not sure of the spelling. After my x-rays were sent to me through the portal, I messaged Nicole to give me a call to go over them with me. It's a week later and she still has not reviewed them or replied to my messages on the portal. I am not a picky person. I would just appreciate a response one way or another.

BRANDAN TEMPLE LYKENS Neurosurgery PA was wonderful! She is thorough, concerned, incredibly educated. She was excellent. We have been using this location for 6 years now and every doctor, surgeon, PA, Nurse and support staff is excellent! My daughter is alive today because of this group.

Matt Miller PA was excellent at listening to my situation and then explaining how I could best move forward. My tests were thoroughly reviewed and then physical therapy and acupuncture were prescribed.

After two visits with Mr Miller I came to the conclusion that he was just to important to be wasting his time with me. After first visit he suggested a referral to a specialist. Which apparently he forgot to follow up with until I reminded the practice 4 weeks later. Front of office and nurses were very helpful. I am following up with Medicare and LGH patient advocate. I would not recommend this practice

My mother was a patient of Dr. Kuhlengel for over 25 years. Both he and his staff were always wonderful. He has since retired and handed her over to Dr. Hernandez for her surgery. Unfortunately, the office is now owned by the hospital and you cannot get any answers. Her urgent surgery (surgeon's words) was cancelled due to the office not listening to my mother about her new insurance and not bothering to see if an authorization was required. Authorization request was finally sent over as a standard request not urgent. We are now three weeks out. Aetna called and stated the authorization was sent to the office two days ago and they can't find it. Anyone who works in a medical office knows you can login to the Aetna website and have the authorization number and dates within minutes. You can'
