LG Health Physicians Neurology

It took me a year or so to get in and I have a very complicated situation. But the problem is They never answer the phone or portal when I have questions about change in meds or upcoming procedures and if they do answer its about two words like, “not recommended” after I gave a whole explanation of whats going on and could I have some help in this area or I’m having major side effects can I get off this med asap. I also got an MRI in early Sept and the results (which apparently were not good) did not get looked at until November. All in all, the staff is lovely,I am getting good treatment in time it’s just a huge hassle, a constant fight if you need anything asap in neuro I do not recommend.

Had appt 11/4/2025, seen Melissa Destefano, had a very good experience, she listened to all my issues, I have been dealing with since early July. I have been to many Dr's, Emergency Room 2x, ENT, Dentists, and nobody seemed to be able to help or listen to what I would tell them. Thank you so much Melissa for caring.

I have been seeing Dr.Heather Harle for many years!! She is an amazing, compassionate doctor that has helped me dramatically! LG Health is so lucky to have her, she honestly cares about her patients in their entirety, to say the least of her knowledge and willingness to learn.

Josh has been absolutely amazing in my complex case. He was upfront and honest when he wasn't sure what to try next, and didn't hesitate to ask a colleague for advice when my case puzzled him. He has been very compassionate and knowledgeable with me, and I'm thrilled to have found him! My last neurologist was just awful and I was hesitant to try again, but so glad I did. Very highly recommend him, and the staff here!

Dr. Peterlin literally saved me and changed my life so much. I was extremely sad to see her leave but thankful I was able to see her when I did. I have seen multiple neurologists over the past 20 years and each of them never truly listened to me. They did tests, said it was just migraines and chalked it up to that. The medicine never really worked well and I suffered with 23-25 migraines a month. Dr. Peterlin actually listened to me and made me feel valued and like there was still hope. I’m seeing a new doctor now who I like as well, but I’m just glad that Dr. Peterlin was able to get a plan started for me where 3 months later I only have 1-4 migraines a month. The other professionals that work here and great, too though. I just moved an hour away but I’ll still commute here for appointmen
