If you’re looking for medical care in a timely fashion, this is not the place for you. I didn’t have any issues with LG health until I met the front desk lady at red Rose, ever since then everything has become more difficult. Messages aren’t getting to me on time appointments aren’t getting scheduled and everything is seemingly harder to navigate.
My first visit to the office is very clean.Staff the was great and Grace Wheeler the PA-C I give her a 5 .I was thinking she was tired of all the question I ask her.12-11-2024
I was a patient for years. Received a call for my annual check up. They had no idea who I was. Couldn't find my records, and they had no idea why I was called. I pretended that I knew what was happening, canceled, and changed doctors. Very superstitious for a modern medical practice. Rather sloppy too. Would not recommennew
I’ve had nothing but good encounters at this office with great staff. Every doctor/crnp that I’ve seen has been great!
The address online should be chanced as well no point in having open hrs for a building that’s closed down
