I’m so thankful for this practice! They are right down the road from us. The front desk staff is wonderful and welcoming! Dr Stern is just the best doctor ever and we love her dearly and is so amazing with my son! Colleen the nurse loves my son as if she were his family! We are so blessed by this practice! Give these people raises and praises!!!

Mount Joy Family Health is a great location. The front desk people are always so nice and helpful. The nurses that take back are very professional and respectful to you. Dr. Stern is a great Dr. Easy to talk to. She listens and then responds and if she doesn't know she will get an answer for ya. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a family practice around Mount Joy.

Always a great experience here. Ladies up front are always so nice and helpful. Their fishes always make me smile. I’ve been seeing Dr.B since I was a little kid and just recently started seeing Kimbra as well. They’re both great. I always recommend this place.

Dr. Cotter is wonderful. She is kind, caring and knowledgeable. Office staff very kind and helpful.

I have proof that I didn't miss an appointment, only got one refill of my meds, that it's not a new med, that I had an appointment scheduled for November. But the office staff is equal parts incompetent and self righteous. They don't care. They lie, create shifting excuses. It's unending. You will never stop fighting to receive proper care, get refills, timely appointments, obtain referrals. It's a nightmare. Don't go to this office. You will suffer for their shortcomings. Physically and emotionally. And they will never even apologize.
