I rarely feel that 5 stars is insufficient but for this vet hospital, I wish I could give 6 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Every single interaction - over the phone, via email or in person, was absolutely positive and helpful! — I cannot recommend Donegal Animal Hospital highly enough! Dr. Jeffrey Dill and his entire team (especially Shannon in administration), went above and beyond to ensure our puppy was fully vaccinated and ready for international travel. Even with our tight time crunch - they were able to honestly evaluate the approximate costs and fix him into their busy days so that we could make the timeline (between buying the puppy to flight time was approx 5 weeks!). I exclusively bring my animals here to see Dr. Dill. I first brought my rabbits to him years ago for them to be fixed. They were so reasonable on pricing and gave me critical care and meds and clear instructions. They are great about communicating. Now I bring my two rescue doggos here and Dr. Dill does a great job examining them and making recommendations. All of the staff are always so nice - they loved holding Toffee and Cupid after their surgeries and everyone loved Peaches yesterday when I brought her in for her wellness exam. The tech who worked with Puff in trimming her nails was incredibly patient and kind with her, as Puff was unsure of how she felt. A second tech did have to hold her but was gentle in doing so. Puff was unhappy as one would expect but she remained relatively calm which I believe was from their kindness. I am VERY picky about people with my fur kids and don't have a single bad thing to say about these ladies and the care I've seen from Donegal Animal Hospital. Dr. Chris is phenomenal as well, loves the patients and was wonderful in answering my questions and offering resources without having to be asked.

I want to say that the amount of care and compassion received from Dr. Albright and all of the staff was undeniable the best I could have ever imagined. The love they showed to my baby and for always trying to help him and make him comfortable I will forever be thankful for. You can really tell when someone cares truly and trust me if you want a vet and staff to care for your baby donegal is the only one you want! My first time at Donegal Animal Hospital and it did not disappoint! Riley was very relaxed with Dr P. She got on the floor with him and did her wellness checks right there on the floor! We are very thankful that we are part of this family!
