LG Health Physicians Family Medicine Lititz

Nurses and staff are very nice ! My pcp is Dr Daniel Russo. And he is just the absolute best !!! He genuinely cares about his patients! He gives you his undivided attention during your appointment and really listens to your concerns and has conversations with you . He’s fully invested! He has great bed side manners as well! I’m so thankful for Dr Russo I wouldn’t ever imagine having to get another pcp dr ! Dr Russo is the best !

I like Lg, the staff in the front and the nurses are super nice. However, I will be changing my primary doctor. Went in on 3/19, with concerns about my mental health & also wanted to get an ear infection checked out. Shirley was very dismissive about my mental health & didn’t even do a routine check on my ear. She scheduled a Pap smear & blood work for me for April. (My last Pap was 11/2022.) Just disappointed.

Love my Dr. Andersen but the support staff in the back performs poorly. It took me six days to get an updated Prior Authorization for my prescription. I called them every day (multiple times) and was assured it would be done, twice was told it would be "high priority ". Finally, yesterday a lady who is up front and does scheduling pro-actively reached out to their clinical pharmacy team and it was done in five minutes. Not the first time this has happened. Dr. Andersen is retiring, I think I'll look for a different group to use.

Love the providers at Lititz Family. Just recently my newborn spiked a fever over night and I called in to the doctor on call. They transferred me right over to speak with him, I didn't even have to wait for him to call me back. The best part? They called ME the next morning 3 minutes after opening (which was a Saturday) to make sure that they got her an appointment. That situation alone speaks a lot about how amazing this office is!

Up until recently I thought Lititz Family was great! But apparently things have changed. I'm completely fed up with them. The past 4 times I've been there, I've had to wait for atleast 45 mins after my scheduled appointment. Some of the nursing staff is friendly but I've also met some incompetent ones as well. I've had terrible recent visits with them, enough for me to no longer be a patient there.
