Everyone at this practice is top notch and supportive. The kind people at the front desk are always helpful. I've always dealt with very professional and compassionate medical assistants and nurses. I've had two primary care providers here that listen to me fully. It's sometimes frustrating in the medical system to be treated as a number, but I always feel like a person at County Line.

This practice has changed the way i look at medicine. You come here and you are listened to, heard, treated and respected. From the receptionists to the nurses all the way back to being seen, they somehow manage to make you laugh or smile even when you are not feeling your best. CRNP Matthew Forsythe and P.A Kirby Graham have been absolutely amazing. Their bedside manner is amazingly kind and uplifting and they make sure to go over treatment options and figure out what is best for YOU. I truly thank this practice for making me feel like a cared about human being. You all are appreciated.

I have been going here for over 13 years and my husband 27! I may have had 3 complaints over that whole time and the last one was several years ago and my complaint was heard and rectified quickly! I love the doctors and nurses, receptionists (great me by name and always have a smile) and office workers all alike. I'm treated with respect and dignity every time I go. They are part of LGH and I can go online for RX refills, make appointments or even leave a message for Dr. Hartley (who by the way is one of the best doctors I've ever had and I've had quite a few!). If it wasn't for their skill I may have never found my cancer so early and for that I'm ever grateful. I recommend County Line to everyone who's asked me about medical care in the area and they've always thanked me for it.

Having to wait over 3 months for a new patient visit is diabolical. They only see 1-2 new patients a day because those visits take the “longest” when those appointments don’t take more than 30 minutes. They have 4 doctors taking new patients so it’s really pathetic.

Never got to talk to my "alledged Dr". Apparently you can be diagnosed on the phone by a nurse that has never met or talked to you...ever. My very short dealings with this office was disappointing to say the least. I am grateful that my insurance provider told me there was a misunderstanding is registering my primary care physician and asked me to resubmit my information. Gave me the chance to find a place that really cares instead of a Dr that wants to suck the maximum amount of cash out of your pocket." Shame on that whole crew". Wish I could rate zero stars
