Appointment canceled last minute. I was told it was an insurance issue. Offered to pay out of pocket instead, since it’s now a medical emergency. I got told my appointment has been canceled and taken already, then she hung up on me. I worked in customer service, I would have been in so much trouble if I dared to speak to a customer/patient that way. Couldn’t tell you how services are, as I was never given the chance to even come. Edit: They care about how they “look” more than anything else. If your calls are recorded, go check!!! 100% I offered to pay, and got HUNG UP on as the response to that. So yeah? Made no sense to me either. And YES, that was MY experience. None of this is untrue? Record your calls, get someone with actual customer service skills to answer the phone. Crazy thing to

I had an incredible experience with Dr. Babameto and the team! The entire process was seamless—from check-in to sedation. The transition into being sedated was so smooth, I barely noticed it happening. Post-op pain has been very mild, and I truly felt cared for throughout the entire experience. If I ever need any more dental work, I’ll absolutely be coming back here. Thank you so much for the excellent care!

Rude ! My son had an appointment to get wisdom teeth out and had to wait a month in a half with an infected tooth . He went to long awaited appointment and they cancelled it cause I wasn’t with him, but I was coming within the hour of the appointment time! Some of us have to work! My son is not a child , he is an adult. Plus they would not reschedule it! Sent him away and told him to find somewhere else to go. The guy was very rude 🤬

Dr. Babameto and the staff did so well on my wisdom tooth surgery. Fastest procedure ever. I did not remember the surgery because I was sedated. I got 4 out at the same time and I thought the recovery was going to be awful. Got them out this Friday and went back to my normal activities on Monday. Managed my pain with Ibuprofen only. I had minimal if not zero swelling. If you need oral surgery/extractions I would recommend doing it at this office.

I just had 3 extractions done today and Dr. Blendi and staff are exceptional!!!
