Great friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Gagliano is always sweet and pleasant to work with. Not sure what's up with the bad reviews, but I've been going to the Buck practice since my last PCP retired and never had an issue here. Thanks for taking care of us. To complainers, all I have to say is... imagine a world without doctors and nurses. I'm glad these people dedicated their lives to helping others.

I moved to PA about 3 and a half yrs ago and continued to go to my old Drs in MD because I don't do well with change. I had been seeing these docs for years. Well I got really sick a few months back and wasn't well enough to drive almost an hour and a half to the Dr. I found this office online and decided to try my luck and I'm so thankful I did. Dr. Doherty is wonderful! So is the rest of the staff, from the front desk to the medical assistants. I called to make my appt sometime in the morning and they worked me in that evening. Pretty awesome being that I was a first time patient. They take time to listen, explain everything in layman's terms, make sure that you're keeping up with your health maintenance such as mammography, colonoscopy, etc. The other thing I appreciate is that t

Had an appt for my husband at 3:20pm. Showed up early like they told us to (was there at 2:50pm). Checked in at front desk and paid. Was taken back to room at 3:05pm. Nurse got what she needed info wise and walked out of room at 3:20pm and said the doctor would be in. We sat in the room waiting till 4:10pm; no doctor came in the room and no nurse came in and said anything. We finally walked out and left. Was there for a simple physical and bump on hand. How long are you to wait for the doctor to come in? Why couldn't any one come in and say anything if there was a wait. No one was in the parking lot. Horrible experience Will not go back
