I’ve been coming to this facility for 8years. Today I was 1 min late after driving 40 mins mind you I called in advance and told them I was in traffic . Arrived 1 min over the allotted grace period ..which was 12.55 I arrived 12.56 to an empty waiting room ...No one waiting and they refused to see me..I explained and explained in 8 years I’ve never been late and they would not work with him..Super disappointed at the facility and Emily for that ... Today I change my PCP and do not return ..You lose a loyal client for not working with me ...mind you there was no one even waiting to be seen... Very disappointed at the disregard and treatment....

it took me almost a year to get an appointment. i finally had one in march . because i work at another doctors office and was seen twice for throat infection at my job i was discharged ater again they made me wait for almost a year for an appointment because i was seen at my job . i had told them that i don’t want to establish where i work because i don’t feel comfortable with my coworkers knowing my history and information and i wasn’t a patient multiple times but to no avail. in our office patients get discharged after 3 years . they discharged me after 6 for being seen at another office for throat infection i do not recommend wasting your time in this office and establish where they do care and it’s just not an inconvenience

Been with this practice since 2010 and it's the only place I will ever go for any ob! They helped me have a healthy pregnancy with twins and in 2018 and 2022 they helped me to the best they could to carry my babies as long as possible with severe preclampsia. Almost lost my life twice but these people are a pro and took wonderful care of me and all my babies. They even made sure my partner was fully educated and made him feel like he was part of the team when it came to my health. They even handled when I lost babies and needed surgery to remove the pregnancy. With my last baby the were very well equipped to handle my emergency partial hysterectomy. Although my time of having children is done I will always recommend this practice and always will cherish the times I've had with them! Dr. Ma

I am very disappointed in this practice. I was referred by my PCP and when coming to my appointment I was told by Katherine Abelo that my procedure was unnecessary today. I would not be charged and was able to leave. Then I received a bill in the mail that I did get charged because our appointment took 20 minutes. A majority of that was spent waiting on her. I am not pleased that I was told one thing and then they did not follow through on that. I would have never came to that appointment to get charged if I would have known it was unnecessary. I am very disappointed in my one time experience here and I hope the next time she states to a patient that they will not be charged she follows through on that.

I've been going to this practice for a few years now. Dr. Oftedal & team are the best! Professional, passionate, and most of all compassionate! The team is always willing to listen and have patiently endured my stupid questions over the years. Thank you F&MM!
