This was the worst experience I ever had with a medical facility. They were very unprofessional. I felt like my concerns were dismissed. They stated they had to review my chart and would get back to me. Waited 2 weeks and I had to follow up with yet another phone call. Making it a total of 4. If I could give zero stars I would. The staff here needs to take a class on customer service skills. I would never recommend this facility to anyone.

Waited for 6 months for an appointment which was supposed to be online. I couldn’t log into the meeting due to technical issues and tried to call (and email) to alert them of this. I was on hold for over 30 minutes. When someone finally answered the phone they told me that I was too late for my appointment. No one ever got back to me. Unreal. Never again will I deal with this facility.

This practice fails to follow through on authorizations, proper notifications to patients, and lack of communication to the infusion center. This has resulted in cancelled appointments the day of. Their repeated behaviors have resulted in negative patient care and a negative patient experience.

I just love this office and especially Dr. Sandhya Adusimmilli!! She is very kind, considerate, and knowledgeable within her field of expertise!! I know I'm in good hands when I come here!!

Poor communication from doctors and long waits on the phone trying to get through to nursing staff is a regular occurance.
