Almost every visit here is a nightmare waiting to happen. They can’t find your paperwork, or they lose it, or say they have you checked in, but you really are not so you’re waiting in an extra 45 minutes just to be seen. And the only way you know you’re not checked in is when you have to follow up after 20 people went ahead of you that did not have appointments. Why do you still come here? Because I have Cardio Rehab in the same building and thought it would be convenient. Boy was I wrong!
