Very rude and heavy tattooed and pierced woman at the 217 Harrisburg Pike outpatient lab reception today. Very uncivil and unprofessional barking orders. In general I find the receptionists at Penn Medicine Lancaster very polite, friendly, and efficient, not in this case; I even question, if she knew what she was doing.
