I pray this review will reach the appropriate people but I highly want to make it known of the excellent care my sister recieved in this hospital after her surgery. I was here to assist with her care and maybe ease the healthcare team workload but was barely able to because of how attentive Chandler and Lexius were. These two definitely were top notch and I would like to recognize them. So often in life we take the time to complain but fewer times will we give credit when its do. Healthcare and dealing with so many personalities can not be easy so I feel its very important to let those that enjoy their jobs and care so compassionately for their patients be known. You two whom we were blessed with for a full 12 hr shift kindness was not unnoticed. We appreciate you both. Gloria Harris Fami

I'm currently here with my boyfriend in the ER. Dr.Carter is the doctor on shift and I must say that he is amazing. His bedside manner is impeccable. He explained everything to us, discussed a plan and answered any questions/concerns that we had. The charge nurse Chelsea is funny and she did an excellent job getting my boyfriends IV started bc he's very hard to stick. We greatly appreciate the care and service. We wouldn't go to any other hospital, Lexington is the best!

Our experience at Lexington Medical Center was excellent. My mom had an ORIF of her right humerus with Dr. Lee, who was thorough, efficient, and had great bedside manner. An amazing pre-op nurse (from Phoenix/Scottsdale, AZ) took exceptional care of my mom—kind, calm, and very informative. We stayed overnight on the 8th floor, where Tomika Cherry was absolutely outstanding. She was kind, patient, attentive, and provided exceptional care without knowing that my mom and I are both nurses. Tech Monazia (“Mo”) also handled my mom with great care. The chaplain Wayne stopped by, prayed with us, and offered much-needed encouragement. We are very grateful for the compassionate, high-quality care. Highly recommend.

I had a kidney stone that would not pass and got infected, then I had the flu on top of that. I was hospitalized for 3 weeks. I was unconscious or out of it for 6 days then I woke up and was in icu. Some of the nurses and Dr's were great but I am pissed bc I have a bed sore within 6 days on my ass cheek. They did not care for me right about it bc I was in MUSC back in 2020 with puenumia and was there for 3 months and never got a bed sore. Now that I am better and got discharged to go home I've had to go see a wound specialist that I had to contact myself bc they didn't refer me like they said they would. That wound dr had to cut a huge portion of my butt cheek out and I am in serious pain bc of it. Go to Prisma hospital!

Recently stayed here with my mother. Unfortunately the experience wasn’t great. Although we did have some very caring staff, there were some that were very strange, and I plan to take this further than just a review. The 4th floor is where my mother was treated. A nurse named Nate is who concerned me the most. He was very emotional about my mother not wanting to take additional medications, outside of what her doctor prescribed. He became visibly upset and angered, to the point that I had to ask him if he was ok. After that we didn’t see him again. In addition, my mother’s doctor Dr. CHING NGO on the 4th floor unit gave her the wrong medication. Even after she refused, and I advised them that she was very sensitive to medications. She was sick the entire day as a result, then he had the au
